Description

As a creative trainer, your principal function at Apple is to guide small agencies through research or assist individuals with their entire initiatives. You use your presentation skills to act as a facilitator, helping customers install products, gain skills, and get started. Additionally, you are an excellent listener, taking the time to understand what every customer hopes to achieve or research. By adjusting your teaching style to each customer’s skill level, you maximize their learning and your own efficiency. You understand that buying a brand‑new product can sometimes help customers achieve their dreams. You spend considerable time leading scheduled training classes, and you also enjoy interacting with customers between classes. You take pride in enriching the lives of others—customers or staff—through teaching, in the simplest creative way possible.

Extra Requirements

• You’re comfortable selling and teaching, helping your group participants out as needed.
• You’re self‑motivated and self‑directed, and can adhere to a tightly established training schedule.
• You may be adept at recommending other in‑store support alternatives, including commercial enterprise offerings and the Genius Bar.
• You will need to be flexible with your schedule. Your working hours may be based on business needs.
