You are:

We seek an Associate Creative Director with a Copy background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, especially campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can contribute individually and lead a team of creatives. You will act as a key collaborator on an interdisciplinary team delivering client solutions. You must be confident presenting in front of clients, partnering effectively, and skilled at concepting, developing, and executing innovative ideas. The environment is fast-paced, requiring multitasking across multiple projects. You should be comfortable working across all media (print, email, site content, social campaigns, e-commerce) and thrive under pressure.

The work includes:

  1. Collaborating with integrated creative teams on various advertising and marketing projects
  2. Leading, writing, and directing content for diverse briefs across the client’s communication ecosystem
  3. Managing, mentoring, and supervising junior creatives, ensuring quality standards
  4. Participating in new business development and account growth
  5. Structuring, presenting, persuading, and defending concepts and executions for internal and client meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of copywriting experience
  • At least 3 years agency or equivalent industry experience across all media—including digital, social, film, longform content, and print
  • Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craftsmanship

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English
  • Excellent presentation/public speaking skills
  • A clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising
  • Natural storytelling skills
  • Experience with Telecom, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients
  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in scaled Agency of Record (AOR) engagements
  • Award-winning, industry-recognized portfolio (e.g., OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Clio, Effies, ADC)
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
  • Experience using GenAI in workflows
