You are:

We seek an Associate Creative Director with a Copy background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, especially campaigns that integrate across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can contribute individually and lead a team of creatives. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver client solutions. Confidence in presenting, partnering with clients, and expertise in concepting, developing, and executing innovative ideas are essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects across all media (print, email, site content, social campaigns, ecommerce) is crucial.

The work:

  1. Collaborate with integrated creative teams on advertising and marketing projects
  2. Lead, write, direct content for various briefs across the client’s communication ecosystem
  3. Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creative team members, ensuring quality standards
  4. Participate in new business development and account growth
  5. Structure, present, persuade, and defend concepts and executions in internal and client meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of copywriting experience
  • At least 3 years agency or equivalent experience in the creative field across all media, including digital, social, film, longform content, and print
  • Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and exceptional craft

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising
  • Natural storytelling skills
  • Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients
  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in scaled AOR engagements
  • Portfolio with award-winning, industry-recognized work (OneShow, ADC, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC)
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
  • Experience incorporating GenAI into workflows
