You are:

We seek an Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, especially campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can contribute individually and lead a team of creatives—including writers and designers. You will collaborate on interdisciplinary teams, deliver client solutions, and confidently present and develop innovative ideas. The environment is fast-paced, requiring multitasking across multiple media and adaptation to new tools and technologies such as genAI.

The work:

  1. Collaborate with integrated creative teams on advertising and marketing projects
  2. Lead and direct content for various briefs across the client’s communication ecosystem
  3. Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creative teams, ensuring quality standards
  4. Participate in new business development to grow the account
  5. Structure, present, persuade, and defend concepts and executions in meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of art direction and/or design experience
  • At least 3 years in an agency or similar industry role across digital, social, film, longform content, and print
  • Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craftsmanship
  • Experience working within a creative agency or equivalent in all media types

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English
  • Experience with CMT industry clients
  • Experience in scaled AOR engagements
  • Award-winning, industry-recognized work (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC)
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
  • Experience using GenAI tools like Adobe Firefly in design and ideation
  • Clear perspective on AI and advertising’s future
  • Storytelling skills
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
