iCook After School is seeking energetic instructors to lead fun, hands-on cooking and nutrition classes for elementary students (K-4). Classes run weekday afternoons (2–5pm) for about one hour, with up to five classes weekly.

Pay ranges from $60 per class when working with a co-instructor to $80 per class when teaching independently. Groceries for each class are reimbursed separately, and instructors should be reliable with transportation to assigned schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large groups of kids in school settings or camps.
• Happy to teach nutrition basics in a fun way.
• Good classroom management and engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead after-school cooking classes for elementary students (K-4) in the afternoon (2–5pm) for up to 5 classes per week.
• Teach provided lesson plans on nutrition and healthy eating.
• Introduce kids to basic cutting, measuring, food safety and table manners.
• Purchase groceries for each class (reimbursed separately).
