Winder Center for Nursing and Healing in Winder, GA is seeking an Activities Assistant to bring joy and engagement to residents' daily lives. If you love music, crafts, and making people smile, this is the role for you.

You will assist the Activity Director, plan and run programs, provide one-on-one visits, help with crafts, complete documentation, and support residents' social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in activities or elder care is a plus, but not required.
• A warm, caring personality and a team-player attitude.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in planning and running fun, engaging programs.
• Implement scheduled activities and provide one-on-one visits for bed-bound residents.
• Help residents with crafts and creative projects.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Support residents' social, emotional, and spiritual well-being through meaningful interactions.
