Job Overview

As a Creation Technician, you will be responsible for:

1. Compounding fragrance oils for perfumers, Fragrance Development Managers, and laboratories, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to good laboratory practices.
2. Maintaining an up-to-date collection of raw materials, complying with quality standards.
3. Checking raw material availability, posting batches, reviewing inventory, and printing labels.
4. Following all laboratory safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to promote effective collaboration.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Knowledge of fragrance oil compounding is a major plus.
