We have an immediate opportunity for a Creation Laboratory Technician at our NYC facility. The role involves supporting small-scale compounding requests for local and global perfumers, ensuring accurate and quality end products, maintaining a clean laboratory environment according to cGMP, and ensuring compliance with HS&E procedures. The technician will also contribute to lab safety improvements, focus on customer needs, develop customer relationships, and participate actively in team goals, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions based on Lean principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Compound fragrance oils adhering to delivery deadlines and good laboratory practices.
• Check processes and tasks accurately, fostering collaboration through excellent communication.
• Optimize pouring processes and deliver the minimum required pours as per guidelines.
• Maintain a fresh collection of raw materials and manage the fragrance oils library.
• Support team members during high workload periods with a team spirit mindset.
• Utilize strong computer skills for compounding, inventory checking, posting batches, and printing labels.
