Job summary

ADP Middleware Test Company seeks an experienced executive to shape strategy and oversee senior leadership. You will collaborate with top executives to define objectives, policies, and procedures and ensure consistent policy administration.

Required are an MBA or related field and 3–5 years at CEO (or COO) level in a large organization, with exceptional recruitment, board relations, leadership, and financial/operational expertise. This role demands a hands-on, high-impact leadership style.
