• Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders, leasing teams and property managers.
• Monitor daily activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Assist with social media advertising and boosted content with the marketing team.
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, follower growth, ROI).
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers and designers to elevate content quality.
