Job summary

Voya Financial in Atlanta seeks a risk analytics professional to support risk management, performance monitoring, valuation, reporting, and data analytics for a $15B+ CRE debt portfolio. You will focus on portfolio surveillance, annual loan reviews, credit ratings, valuation analysis, stress testing, and scalable analytics tools.

Based near the Atlanta office, this hybrid role requires 3–5 days onsite. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years CRE finance or risk analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–6 years of CRE finance, risk, or analytics experience.
• Experience analyzing accounting reports and assessing risk.
• Ability to communicate complex data to senior leadership.
• Attention to detail to identify trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze credit risk, performance, and valuation trends across a $15B+ CRE debt portfolio.
• Perform annual loan underwriting and credit reviews.
• Assign, monitor, and support credit ratings and watchlists.
• Enhance early detection of potential problem loans through stress testing and portfolio surveillance.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Analyze asset performance and key risk indicators across the portfolio.
• Support ad hoc audit requests and data analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to data analytics, reporting automation, and scalable tools.
