Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a CRE underwriting professional within the Loan Management team of Global Banking and Markets. The role supports commercial real estate loan origination, underwriting, and asset management, including valuation analyses, cash flow forecasting, and coordinating internal/external resources to close debt investments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in originating/underwriting CRE loans and/or managing performing/distressed assets
• Experience valuing multiple commercial real estate product types
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong academic background

Responsibilities

• Underwriting and managing commercial real estate loans that GS has an interest in
• Perform valuation analyses and due diligence related activities
• Coordinate internal and external resources to analyze investment opportunities
• Prepare transaction memos summarizing due diligence and credit analysis
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for management and clients
• Sell or structure optimal financing solutions for external clients
