• Prepare marketing materials for new sale and lease listings
• Create property brochures and offering memorandums
• Create proposals, market opinions, and advisory service packages
• Negotiate exclusive listing agreements, sale contracts and lease agreements
• Participate in and help create an aggressive team business development plan
