Job summary

Northeast Private Client Group in Newton, MA is seeking an Investment Sales Associate to build a dedicated Massachusetts territory in commercial real estate investment sales. You will be developed as an advisor from day one, working within a structured system with milestones and access to senior producers.

You will cultivate owner relationships, advise on asset value and disposition strategies, conduct valuations, and progress through clearly defined levels from Associate to MD.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts real estate license required or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
• Recent graduates in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field.
• Early career professionals from sales, finance, or client-facing backgrounds.
• Motivated, competitive, relationship-driven with long-cycle work.
• Willingness to build a practice in commercial real estate investment sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a territory of commercial property owner relationships in Massachusetts.
• Advise owners on asset value, market positioning, and disposition strategy.
• Conduct property valuations and broker opinions of value.
• Develop market knowledge through owner outreach and transaction analysis.
• Work toward defined milestones with mentorship from senior advisors.
