You will undergo a 10-week program emphasizing mentorship, coaching, and regular vendor-led training to accelerate skills and success in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in commercial property management, asset management, leasing or sales.
• Experience on at least 10 real estate transactions across Retail, Office, Multifamily, STNL, Seniors Housing assets.
• Alternatively, 5 transactions in disposition or acquisition of real estate investment assets.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rigorous training program including mentorship and coaching.
• Engage in weekly training with industry vendors and leaders.
• Role-playing with cohort and managers to refine sales skills.
• Leverage Salesforce and lead generation tools to grow opportunities.
