Job summary
Colliers is seeking a Production Analyst to support the Debt & Structured Finance team in originating and underwriting commercial real estate debt and structured capital assignments. You will analyze financials, prepare underwriting, and help producers present market-ready financing recommendations to clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in finance, real estate, economics, business, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; ability to build financial models and run analyses.
- Experience with commercial real estate capital markets, underwriting, or finance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare institutional underwriting for CRE financing opportunities (rent rolls, financials, debt sizing).
- Support financing strategies across senior debt, agency lending, mezzanine, and other structures.
- Create/update lender/investor materials, memoranda, and marketing packages.
- Coordinate due diligence, track outreach, and manage timelines to closing.
- Summarize market conditions and financing terms to guide client recommendations.
- Collaborate with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to maintain momentum from sizing to closing.
- Review due diligence materials and maintain deal files with accuracy.
