BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its expanding practice in Chicago, IL. This role involves working with high-profile clients on intricate transactions across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience at a respected law firm, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a J.D. from an accredited law school. The position offers a hybrid work environment and robust training programs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
• Admission to the bar in the state of location preference or ability to be admitted promptly.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on commercial real estate matters.
• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across diverse asset classes.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and commercial leases.
• Conduct and manage due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning reviews.
• Advise on development projects from entitlement through completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various practice areas.
• Support clients with operational real estate matters, including lease amendments and tenant issues.
