Qualifications

• 3–7 years in real estate asset management or related fields.
• Strong CRE financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Proficient Excel; able to read financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Own asset-level business plan from acquisition to disposition.
• Review monthly financials, budgets, rent rolls, and capital expenditures.
• Monitor NOI, DSCR, IRR, and occupancy.
• Coordinate with third-party property managers and leasing brokers.
• Approve budgets and major CapEx initiatives.
• Prepare investor updates and reporting materials.
• Collaborate with acquisitions, development, and property management teams.
• Track market trends and leasing dynamics.
