Elifinrealty is launching its ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program designed for individuals ready to build their careers in commercial real estate. This 10-week, unpaid program offers high commitment with great opportunity, taught directly by top producers in Louisiana.

Ideal candidates, including recent graduates, will receive training, mentorship, and the chance to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Focus on personal growth and high performance is emphasized to prepare participants for success as full-time real estate agents.

Qualifikationen

• Must be ready to go all in on building a career as a professional CRE agent.
• Able to live without guaranteed income for 6 months as a new commission-only agent.
• Confident communicating with business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
