Elifinrealty is launching its ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program designed for individuals ready to build their careers in commercial real estate. This 10-week, unpaid program offers high commitment with great opportunity, taught directly by top producers in Louisiana.

Ideal candidates, including recent graduates, will receive training, mentorship, and the chance to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Focus on personal growth and high performance is emphasized to prepare participants for success as full-time real estate agents.

The Opportunity

The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is how we build the next group of top agents. It is a focused 10-week immersion designed for individuals ready to launch a career in commercial real estate brokerage, trained directly by ELIFIN's CEO and the top producers in our market. This program is built for people already licensed or obtaining their license during the program, who are ready to go all in on building a career as a professional CRE agent.

We are opening up a maximum of four (4) spots in the June 15, 2026 class.

What You'll Do

As an ELIFIN® Apprentice, you will start building the habits, disciplines, and knowledge base that allow new agents to perform at a high level from day one. Over the 10-week program, you will:

• Train directly with ELIFIN's CEO and our top-producing agents
• Become an expert in your specialized area of focus
• Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle
• Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling
• Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours
• Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development
• Work alongside high performers who move fast and expect excellence
• Push yourself harder than in any other job you're considering taking out of school

This is an action-driven, high-intensity environment built to prepare you to succeed as a full-time agent. It is not an internship. There is no busy work. You are not doing tasks for someone else. You are building yourself.

Who This Program Is For

You are an ideal candidate for our apprenticeship if you align with the following:

• Recent college graduate or current student in your final semester
• Prior sales experience is a plus (CRE preferred but not required)
