Small Giants is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social media calendars, campaign management, and content creation for CRE/AE clients in Phoenix. Daily in-office collaboration and cross-team coordination are essential.

The role emphasizes writing, creative direction, and analytics, with opportunities for executive branding support and multi-brand management across client accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
• Must be within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ, and able to work in-office daily.
• Experience managing multiple brands, clients, or accounts simultaneously is a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, and creative direction skills.
• Familiarity with social media management, scheduling, and analytics platforms.
• Experience in commercial real estate, construction, or professional services is a plus.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Hubspot Content Marketing, Google Analytics, Search/Display Ads, Tag Manager, SEMRush SEO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute social media content calendars for multiple clients.
• Plan, schedule, and track posts from ideation through production, review, scheduling, and publishing.
• Coordinate timing for recurring content and campaign launches.
• Ensure consistency with brand standards, messaging, and approved strategies.
• Collaborate with designers and writers to shape creative assets and messaging.
• Plan, coordinate, and track media buys for digital campaigns across clients.
