What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute field inventory strategies and initiatives to achieve Service, Inventory, Scrap, Obsolescence, Gains and Losses (SOGL), and Freight goals
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate inventory strategies and support product launches
- Proactively monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Provide regular on-call support during critical business needs, including evenings and weekends
- Analyze data and elevate issues proactively, partnering with stakeholders to drive appropriate actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record, subject to review
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to adapt to changing business needs
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- High aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, and mStar
- Interest in transitioning to clinical field-based roles such as Clinical Specialist or District Service Manager
- Six Sigma Yellow, Green, or Black Belt Certification
