• Twelve months minimum in Sterile Processing preferred.
• CRCST certification through Healthcare Sterile Processing Association; certification must be maintained.
• Proficient in English for interpreting IFU and job duties.
• Experience with instrument management systems and MS Office is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the reprocessing cycle for surgical instrumentation.
• Operate ultrasonic cleaners, washers, sterilizers and related equipment.
• Complete quality monitoring and documentation; prepare case carts for surgery.
• Mentor and train new Sterile Processing Technicians; contribute to team excellence.
