Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is seeking a crawl space professional to join our team in Carrollton, TX. You will perform hands-on crawl space work, including installing vapor barriers, insulation, and performing site inspections to assess needed services.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and work independently with a reliable vehicle. We value safety, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills for exceptional customer service.
• Energetic, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass MVR check.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create our customer’s first-impression experience
• Installing vapor barriers to prevent moisture buildup
• Installing and repairing insulation to improve energy efficiency
• Cleaning crawl spaces and removing debris
• Installing or repairing access doors
• Evaluating and assessing the need for additional work
• Exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers
• Follow a daily schedule, insuring timely arrival at each account
• Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
