Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is a leading North American manufacturer of architectural glass and glazing systems with multiple locations in the US. The role focuses on hands-on crate fabrication, loading, and shipping preparation to ensure safe delivery of products.

You will support packing, documentation, and loading activities and work across various duties as needed. We value reliability, basic tech literacy, and the ability to multitask in a manufacturing setting, with PPE required and

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills under time constraints.
• Effective communication skills with peers and management.
• Willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of wooden crates to ship, job clean ups, small parts and orders.
• Loads windows and accessories.
• Ensure product is packaged safely within the crate to minimize damage.
• Ensure all shipping documents are completed and accurate.
• Assist in loading trailers when crating duties are complete.
• Other duties as assigned.
