This is a hands-on, physically demanding role requiring safe use of hand and power tools, scaffolding, and adherence to safety protocols; experience in crating and carpentry preferred; HS diploma required.

Competenze

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, or dimensional drawings.
• Perform mathematical calculations as necessary – multiplications, divisions, fractions, percents, geometry.
• Be detail oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Visualize outcomes using deductive and inductive reasoning.
• Use precision measuring tools including tape measure, levels, calipers & gauges.

• Measure and mark cutting lines and shape materials to specs.
• Assemble and fasten materials to construct crate framework.
• Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed for assembly.
• Remove/repair damaged crates and containers.
• Anchor or brace forms using hand or power tools.
• Apply shock-absorbing, stabilizing materials for safe crates.
