CRATE BUILDER / PACKER – 1ST SHIFTGoshen | $18/hrstarting Schedule: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday + some Saturdays as neededWe are looking for a reliable, hands‑on Crate Builder/Packer to build crates, package products, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, safe tool use, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build wooden crates according to work orders and specifications.
• Pack and securely prepare products for shipment.
• Apply labels and shipping tags accurately.
• Safely use nail guns, hand tools, and power tools.
• Move and handle materials safely, using team lifting when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
