Pro Pallet, LLC is seeking a meticulous Crate Builder to join our wood products team in Central Pennsylvania. You will read crate specifications, select the correct materials, and assemble crates using pneumatic nail guns and woodworking tools.

Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to read measurements are essential. Responsibilities include interpreting specs, cutting and fitting wood, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret crate specifications to build custom crates.
• Use pneumatic nail guns and other woodworking tools to assemble crates.
• Measure and cut wood accurately.
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience with pneumatic nail guns.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience in carpentry, construction, or roofing preferred.
• Excellent 401(k) package with a company match of $0.75 for every $1.00 you contribute.
• Health and Dental Insurance available after 60 days of employment.
• Vacation and PTO available after 90 days of employment.

As a Crate Builder, you will be responsible for reading crate specifications and constructing custom crates according to these specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to use various tools and equipment effectively.

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Use pneumatic nail guns and other woodworking tools to assemble crates.
• Measure and cut wood accurately.
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with pneumatic nail guns.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience in carpentry, construction, or roofing preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Sit-Down Forklift Experience Preferred.
• Health and Dental Insurance available after 60 days of employment.
• Vacation and PTO available after 90 days of employment.
