Job summary

Pro Pallet, LLC is seeking a skilled Crate Builder to read crate specifications and construct custom crates in Central Pennsylvania. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to use pneumatic nail guns and other woodworking tools.

You will work Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM and Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with health and dental insurance after 60 days, vacation and PTO after 90 days, and a 401(k) with a company match. Pro Pallet, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Read crate specifications to build custom crates.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience in carpentry, construction, or roofing preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use pneumatic nail guns and other woodworking tools to assemble crates.
• Measure and cut wood accurately.
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
