Job summary

Plascore is seeking a Crate Builder in Zeeland, MI (1st shift, Mon-Fri 4:30 AM–12:30 PM). You will measure, cut lumber, and assemble crates and skids to exact specs while maintaining safety and minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and cut lumber.
• Build crates and skids to specific dimensions according to information provided.
• Monitor power tools for safety and working order.
• Utilize materials efficiently to minimize scrap.
• Ensure crates are properly labeled with order number.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of materials and advise supervisor of shortages.
