We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Crate Builder/Packer to build crates, package products, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, safe tool use, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build wooden crates according to work orders and specifications.


• Pack and securely prepare products for shipment.


• Apply labels and shipping tags accurately.


• Safely use nail guns, hand tools, and power tools.


• Move and handle materials safely, using team lifting when needed.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.


• Ability to follow instructions and work orders.


• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.


• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.


• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
