Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Use carpentry skills to construct crates and other projects.
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain the building and grounds in a clean, orderly condition.
• Clean snow and debris from sidewalks.
