This opportunity is focused on supporting a next-generation engine program and taking ownership of a crankshaft machining line as it moves through the critical phases of production launch and ramp-up. The role is heavily execution-focused and ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving problems on the plant floor, driving issues to resolution, and ensuring manufacturing processes are stable, efficient, and capable of producing high-quality parts. You would be responsible for helping prepare the machining line for sustained production by supporting process validation, production readiness, quality initiatives, and launch activities. Much of the work centers around balancing production targets with process stability and part quality while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, tooling, and operations teams.
