Staff Management | SMX at Link Belt in Lexington, KY is hiring Mechanic Technicians to join the Mechanical Assembly team. You will assemble crane trucks using electrical blueprints; no formal certification required.

We welcome candidates with a basic understanding of engines, hydraulics, or mechanical assembly and encourage applicants with volunteer or personal mechanical experience. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a 2nd shift and a starting rate of $23.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and mechanical assembly preferred.
• Experience with mechanics' tools, including impact tools.
• Production/Manufacturing background a plus.
• HS Diploma or GED required; background checks per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble crane truck components using electrical blueprints/schematics.
• Work independently or with a team to complete assembly tasks.
