Mortenson is seeking an experienced Crane Trainer to lead, document, monitor, and train staff to meet wind energy crane and lift planning safety requirements. The role requires interaction with a variety of staff at all levels in a fast-changing environment and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Crane Trainer with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively solve problems and bring together viable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are vital, with attention to detail equally important. The Crane Trainer will lead, manage, document, monitor, and train to the safety requirements of our Wind Energy cranes and lift planning requirements.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
