Job summary

FullTilt Crane Services, a subsidiary of Martin Concrete Construction, seeks an experienced Full Tilt Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee crane operations from estimate to completion. You will ensure safe, cost-efficient project execution and develop detailed lift plans in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of crane operations, tilt-wall processes, and logistics, with travel to multiple job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in crane and tilt-wall industry with knowledge of concrete tilt panels and crane methods.
• Ability to create lift plans, panel layouts, and project logistics plans.
• Understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Estimate budgets and crane costs for internal and external projects.
• Develop 3D lift plans and critical lift plans as required.
• Coordinate schedules, field teams, vendors, and crane operators.
• Prepare ground bearing pressure maps and crane road plans.
• Ensure project documentation, billing, and change orders are accurate.
• Maintain strong client relationships across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
