Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Crane Technician/Mechanic to service our Midland branch. The role involves maintenance and repairs on cranes, forklifts, and related equipment, following all safety and environmental policies.

The candidate will diagnose, repair, and document tasks, with a requirement to supply tools and perform duties with minimal supervision. Weekend and overtime work may be required in a busy branch setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years as mobile Truck mechanic/technician for crane inspection and diagnosis.
• Reads manuals and technical drawings.
• Tests electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems after repair.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on cranes, forklifts, and related equipment.
• Document maintenance and repairs with proper records.
• Supply your own tools; maintain inventory.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and meet overtime/weekend demands.
• Communicate safety issues clearly to customers and co-workers.
