Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Exact Crane & Equipment is seeking a mechanically skilled technician to work in a drive-through service setting. You’ll start with preventive maintenance, oil changes, and greasing, then progress to diagnosing complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and DC electrical systems on cranes.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on hydraulics/pneumatics experience, basic welding, and a willingness to learn with modern diesel diagnostic tools as you service booms, rotation bearings, sensors, swivels, or outriggers.
Start your morning at 7:00 a.m. in one of our three drive-through service bays at Exact Crane & Equipment. You’ll pull a crane into a sheltered, well-equipped space where you can focus on the work—not the weather. Between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (with optional Saturdays), you’ll move from preventive services to complex diagnostics: changing oil and filters, greasing critical points, and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and DC electrical systems. When a crane needs deeper attention—boom work, rotation bearings, sensors, swivels, or outriggers—you’ll step in confidently, using your hands-on skills along with a company-issued diesel diagnostic laptop.
