The Crane & Rigging Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and promoting Barnhart’s crane, rigging, and heavy haul services to industrial clients. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, visiting job sites, gathering project requirements, and coordinating with engineering and operations teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and lift plans. The representative will track opportunities in a CRM system, follow up on bids, and support contract negotiations in alignment with company policies and safety standards. This role also involves collaborating with branch leadership on scheduling, resource planning, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
