Job summary

Sterling Crane LLC in the United States is seeking Crane Riggers to operate a range of crane equipment safely and efficiently on customer projects. The role requires following established procedures and ensuring proper setup of crane, lift, or hoist.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of rough terrain crane experience, a current TWIC card, and the ability to read technical drawings. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401K, life insurance, and paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years experience with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers and mobile cranes.
• Current TWIC card required.
• Must pass post-offer drug and physical screens and meet company background requirements.
• Must be dependable, flexible for overtime, and able to work in a team.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of crane equipment safely following procedures.
• Assess ground conditions and identify overhead hazards.
• Maintain equipment with daily inspections and routine maintenance.
• Keep logs and records of operations.
• Maintain clear radio and hand-signal communication with ground crew.
