Job Title: Crane Rental Estimator & Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. is seeking a Crane Rental Estimator & Outside Sales Representative for the Atlanta, GA metro area. This full-time, exempt role offers a comprehensive benefits package. Occasional overnight travel within the local area may be required. This position is ideal for crane operators interested in transitioning into sales.

Essential Functions

1. Market and sell crane rental services in Atlanta, GA, and across Georgia.
2. Assess job sites to determine the safest and most efficient method, then prepare professional quotes for customers.
3. Input all customer interactions daily into the CRM system.
4. Coordinate sales efforts by analyzing customer volume and potential.
5. Report activity and results regularly to management.
6. Research current marketplace trends, pricing, and marketing techniques.
7. Recommend changes to products, services, or policies based on market evaluation.
8. Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints and developing solutions.
9. Maintain records of sales activities and customer information, and stay updated through industry workshops and publications.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, closing, prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with confidence and product knowledge to maintain client relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Pivotal CRM, and Apple products.
• Experience in crane, aerial, or construction equipment rental is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
