Job summary

Skillforce is currently hiring an experienced Crane Operator to support a 2–3 month project in Baltimore, MD. You will operate a Magni Lift for stationary hoisting operations and move materials such as pipes and wrapped pallets on site.

The role requires NCCCO TSS and OSHA 10 certifications, with prior Magni Lift experience preferred. Expect 40+ hour weeks and a drug screen/background check as part of hiring.

Qualifications

• NCCCO TSS certification is required.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• Experience operating a Magni Lift or similar lifting equipment is preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Magni Lift for stationary lifting operations.
• Hoist and position materials including pipes, wrapped pallets, and other jobsite materials.
• Perform lifts up to 1,600 lbs.
• Operate equipment with a maximum reach of approximately 150 feet.
• Follow lift plans, jobsite procedures, and all required safety protocols.
• Inspect equipment and ensure safe operating conditions.
• Maintain clear communication with ground personnel and other members of the crew.
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Magni Lift for stationary lifting operations

Hoist and position materials including pipes, wrapped pallets, and other jobsite materials

Perform lifts up to 1,600 lbs.
