Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile cranes and lifting equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Lift, position, and transport construction materials, equipment, and oversized loads.
• Perform daily crane inspections and complete required equipment checklists.
• Read load charts and determine safe lifting capacities.
• Inspect rigging, slings, hooks, and lifting accessories before each lift.
• Communicate effectively with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and other crew members.
• Perform lifts while maintaining strict safety procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading heavy materials and equipment.
• Report equipment defects or maintenance concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety standards.

• Ability to work safely around active construction sites and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Compensation
