Qualifications

• LBC Certification required; TLL and TSS preferred in addition to LBC.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
• Willingness to travel overnight to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate a crane and heavy equipment to erect structures and move loads as directed.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure safe, working condition.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and hand/audio cues.
• Complete paperwork such as permits and maintenance logs.
• Conduct concrete, steel erection, and general carpentry work as needed.
• Carry out jobsite safety walk-throughs and follow regulations.
• Train others in tasks and learn new skills as needed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned, stored, and inventoried.
• Participate in work planning and continuous improvement.
