Job summary

You will ensure safety, perform inspections, and collaborate with the rigging crew to complete lifts on time and within budget. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a certified crane operator program, NCCO certification, and 1–3 years of crane operation experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; crane operation experience considered in lieu of education.
• Completion of a certified crane operator training program preferred.
• NCCO-CCO certified operator with lattice boom or telescopic boom specialization.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
• Follow lift plans, load charts, and rigging hand signals.
• Conduct daily inspections and comply with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with rigging crew and site supervisor for load operations.
• Maintain clear communication and document any issues with loads or equipment.
