Harvard Integrations LP is hiring for a Crane Operator/Rigger to assemble metal cabinets and related components. You will perform crane movements, load and unload, and coordinate with production to align crane operations with schedules.

The role requires maintaining crane certification, conducting pre-operation inspections, and ensuring safe lifting practices. Applicants should have experience with bridge cranes, rigging, basic tools, and strong reading comprehension.

Qualifications

• Requires experience operating bridge cranes and advanced rigging.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Able to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders and saws safely.
• Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions).
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and work with others.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and fabricate metal cabinets, enclosures, bases, or components.
• Perform crane movements within the facility, move bases/buildings, set equipment, load finished buildings on trailers.
• Coordinate with production staff to schedule crane operations.
• Maintain crane certification and conduct inspections for safe operation.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of rigging and lifting equipment; analyze loads for crane capacity.
• Be the go-to person for site rigging and loading questions; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and perform additional duties as requested.
