Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Rigger for a large-scale project in Santa Teresa, NM. The role includes rigging, lifting, and directing loads on a heavy-lift site with a pay rate of $38.00 per hour and a $150 per diem per day.

Hours start at 40 per week, rising to 50 as the project progresses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and daytime shifts. Applicants must hold OSHA 10 and a rigging certification, have prior industrial rigging experience, and be able to work outdoors in

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid rigging certification.
• Experience in industrial rigging; crawler crane or heavy-lift preferred.
• Knowledge of safe rigging practices, load control, and lifting equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work safely as part of a crane and rigging crew.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist crane operations with rigging, lifting, and positioning industrial equipment and materials.
• Select, inspect, and safely use rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, and lifting hardware.
• Properly secure loads and assist with load control during lifting operations.
• Communicate effectively with the crane operator and crew using hand signals and radio.
• Follow lift plans, site safety procedures, and OSHA requirements; inspect gear and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow project-specific safety requirements and directions from site supervision.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Rigger to support a large industrial project in Santa Teresa, NM!

Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico
Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour
Per Diem: $150 per day, paid 7 days per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
Hours: Starting at 40 hours per week, increasing to 50 hours per week as the project progresses

Responsibilities

• Assist crane operations with rigging, lifting, and positioning industrial equipment and materials.
• Select, inspect, and safely use rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, and lifting hardware.
• Properly secure loads and assist with load control during lifting operations.
• Communicate effectively with the crane operator and other crew members using standard hand signals and radio communication.
• Follow approved lift plans, site safety procedures, and all applicable OSHA requirements Inspect rigging equipment before use and report damaged or defective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all project-specific safety requirements and directions from site supervision.
