Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in material handling or crane operation.
• Skilled in crane capacity limits, rigging and safe handling of large steel materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to calculate material weights and read tape measures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Attend mandatory training and safety meetings.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Operate 3 to 5-ton bridge cranes.
• Inspect equipment daily (forklifts, cranes, controls).
• Load/unload trucks and stock materials using cranes or forklifts.
• Report unusual noises or malfunctions.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory counts.
• Support training for new employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
