Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging in Memphis is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to manage heavy lifting operations on local projects. You will operate a 300-ton+ truck crane in yards, perform daily lifts, and support crane maintenance across jobsites.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and communication on job sites.
• NCCCO certification(s): LBT/LBC.
• Preferred: experience operating AT, hydraulic, or boom truck cranes.
• Preferred: experience in rigging or heavy haul operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 300-ton+ truck crane in the yard.
• Perform daily lifting operations and load testing.
• Support crane preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Assist with transport operations including trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment.
• Maintain forklifts and other supportive equipment.
• Help ensure safe lifting through load control and communication with rigging crews.
