Job summary

Turner Industries Group, LLC seeks an experienced NCCCO or NCCER Crane Operator for an upcoming turnaround in Old Ocean, TX. This non-exempt role reports to the Site Manager and will operate power-driven and hydraulic cranes, performing rigging, maintenance and inspections. CDL and crane certifications are required; pre-employment tests and drug/alcohol screening apply. Safety is paramount on site.

Qualifications

• NCCCO or NCCER Certification for hydraulic cranes.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required.
• Pre-employment qualification test.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation (20/40 vision, with or without correction, required).
• Job site safety requirements as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate various power-driven and hydraulic cranes to move materials.
• Provide crane lifting and rigging support, including equipment inspection and preventative maintenance.
• Follow procedures and safety guidelines; read load charts and signals.
• Assist with pre-task planning and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
